Sugar Intake? Added vs. Natural Sugar? Help!

Hello,
I just opened my account today and noticed that I've gone far over my sugar intake for the day. Basically all I've eaten have been a plum, a banana, a cup of coffee with 1 pack of regular sugar and a Vitamin Water. If I am going by what myfitnesspal suggests, I am way over my sugar for the day. Should I be concerned of whether or not I'm eating natural or added sugar? I would think that two pieces of fruit would be okay, but am I wrong? I'm okay with cutting out the sugar in my coffee and my Vitamin Water if need be, but I'm pretty much at my suggested intake with only two pieces of fruit!. Help!

When I say "all I have eaten," I don't mean for the day...I just mean the ingredients that "contain sugar." Thanks to all who can help me figure this out!0

Natural sugar is fine. I'm allergic to refined sugar and I usually go over but only because I eat fruit, I would have sugar in the raw or honey instead of white sugar in your coffee0

Skip the flavoured water (which is surprisingly full of added sugars) and go for plain water and don't add sugar to your coffee. I had to cut coffee completely.. now I drink Green tea. ZERO CALORIES! Also, I would cut bananas, because they are also one fruit which is completely jam-packed with sugar. Same with plums, but mainly bananas.0

I switched from apples, bananas, and pears to strawberrys, rasberrys, and veggies. Its the only way I could stay under my daily sugar intake. I also drink tap water with a splash of MIO to spice it up a bit.0

I'm lways over on sugar as I love my fruit. This scared me too when I first started, so I cut out all added sugar stuffs and stopped tracking it... sugar, natural or not can still be bad for you...google why... But if I was you, as long as you have gone over because of fruit, then I would really worry about it..0
