Hello to you all.
I gave up smoking about 2 years ago and put on about 2 stone.
So im 14.5 stone.
I've signed myself up to do Tough Mudder in september (totally pooping it)
So im hoping to get down to 13 stone along with getting fitter.
running and kickboxing is my finess of choice.

    You are very brave signing up to that. I'm trying to lose about 12-14 lb but I need more willpower !

    Im doing well with will power atm
    Although people keep trying to forse me with cake at work lol

    Hi Ben

    That's very brave to sign up to Tough Mudder, but also it could be fun to be able to achieve it! Good luck for that.
    I need to get more fit too, at the moment just walking to work (50 minutes walk) but I'm planning to add cycling (when I get my bike) and running (when I get a bit braver/get my act together!)
