not unless you want to or think it would make it easier to not overeat throughout the day.

Eat whenever works best for you depending on your schedule and hunger patterns. Just stay within your calorie goal and you're good to go. :)

Not necessary unless you want it. I personally just pay attention to hunger cues, which usually fall around the same time. Timing of food does not matter during the day, and will not impact weight loss. All about your daily/weekly deficit.

    Food timing is 100% personal.

Are you someone that likes snacking or do you do better with larger meals? Perhaps you don't feel hungry in the morning and go straight to lunch.

Listen to your body and play around a little. I find that I generally feel best if I have breakfast, lunch & dinner, along with some snacks in between. Some people find this leaves them feeling constantly hungry and they're better off with 2-3 larger meals.

    This.

Timing, size and frequency of meals has absolutely no bearing on weight loss. Eat on a schedule that works best for you. Some people eat just one big meal each day. Others like to eat very small meals every 2 hours. Whatever keeps you from feeling hungry and works with your schedule is best and that's a very personal thing.

I agree, I eat every 2-3 hours, I find it helps me from bingeing. I also exercise frequently, so I put a lot effort into keeping my protein and fat moderate and carbs low, eating most of my carbs in the morning or after training. I also work swing shift, so in terms of time; I don't feel time is a factor. I routinely eat before bed, not a lot but I will have a protein shake and some peanut butter on white bread.

eat when you are hungry and until you are satisfied, not full.
