hi! Well im new to this and I've decided to change my eating habits. Its hard because i get so many food cravings its not even funny

Not sure what the rest of the post was going to be. But I'm there too! My problem is late night sweets. i usually close at work and don't get home till 11 or later. And it seems like every night i crave some chocolate or something. I've done better this last week but its still difficult. Add me if you want a motivation buddy!0

I'm a late night sweets crave too. If you can stay strong 100% for 7 to 10 days, your cravings will go away completely. I use chocolate or cookies and cream casein protein powder mixed thick with milk and let it set into a pudding consistency before bed to help me with craving sweets at night. Also you have yo get into a mindset of what's worth it... Go ahead and eat the sugary garbage and feel bad about yourself forever, or don't eat it and feel good. At the end of the day it's all up to you and how bad you want it.
