    1)a great workout where i leave the gym sweating like a dog and feeling all the blood circulating my muscles and also my mood is super high and i'm feeling proud of myself.
    2)my cat.
    3)making money.
    4)seeing the results of the 1) in my mirror.
    5)when old clothes fit
    6)cheat meals
    7)good friends
    8)receiving compliments about me or something i have created or done.

    floating in my pool makes me happy.

    drinking excessively with men i can flirt shamelessly with and i know they wont take me seriously makes me happy.

    doing all 3 in the same day is a damn good day ;)
