Hey guys, it's been awhile since I've logged onto this so I decided I'd just start fresh. I tend to have quite the issue of keeping motivated to stay on my weight loss track. I seem to always fall back to my unhealthy eating habits and don't really have anyone around me to help keep me on track. One of my big reasons for wanting lose weight is that I really do not want to become like my father and brother. My dad weighs over 300 pounds and my brother is getting close to 400. I don't want to end up with the health troubles they're facing. I want to be a change in my family that's on the track to eating healthier and living healthier and being more fit. I just graduated high school and my whole life I've dealt with being the fat kid as well so I'm ready to break out of that. I don't want to be the same "fatty" everyone I went to school with has known me as.
So to finish this off, I'd just like to ask for the motivational help to keep myself on the right track and stayin focused on losing weight. I want to change myself to get pass my childhood names and past my worries of ending up like my family. I want to become someone that I'm happy with and feel healthier. Thanks!

Great story Austin!! Many of us have been tarred and feathered with the exact same labels !
First off, I truly hope that you don't think that about yourself! When a person carries extra weight , " fatty" isn't who they are! It simply is what it is.... Just a person who happens to carry some weight. No labels or judgements necessary.
Secondly, cheers to you for becoming proactive about it! Your attitude is in the right place! " training for the sport of life" not to be " skinny" , which is another label I despise!! But to be healthy and sound!
Thirdly, I lost 100 lbs throughout this journey and want to support any person going through the same thing.
This app is a great place to be!! I'm on day #9 and continuing to feel awesome and positive about the entire thing
