    Get yourself some strawberries and 0% fat greek yoghurt - I was in such a binge mood the other day I had half the tub and half the strawberries and it just satisfied my sweet tooth and the yoghurt sneaks up on you and fills you up out of nowhere. I felt stuffed afterwards and it was all super low calorie. You'll get there :smiley:
