I'm back!

Honestly, calorie counting has been great for me. It conditions your discipline to focus on what you're putting in your body, and forces the bad stuff out. I'm 31, 5'7, and 170lbs, female. I'm moving toward my goal of 140. I'm on 1,300 calories per day.

I started back up on Tuesday, and I've already lost 3lbs. I'm eating real food, multiple times per day, and I feel it already. I highly recommend doing it, I think it's fun, challenging, and darn it, you eat healthier!
