What healthy foods do you crave?

I find that the longer I go at watching what I eat, I crave more and more nutritious foods. Like, instead of craving ice cream yesterday, I was craving peanut butter and apples. It felt like a small victory to me! I'm curious to know what kinds of healthy foods you guys are craving on this journey to health and happiness :)

    Just donuts. I don't like to label things healthy or unhealthy, because everything is unhealthy in abundance.
    Preferably chocolate glazed donuts, they're pretty nice.

    Strawberries are definitely one of my faves too!! Late night strawberries...mmm lol and raspberries and yogurt sounds awesome right about now!

    I personally feel like refined sugars are unhealthy lol but do I still have them every once and a while? Of course! I guess that's because I do agree that (most) things are unhealthy in abundance!

    those little sweet clementines - yum! Oh and cheese ... a nice smoked gouda or sharp cheddar. Never have been much of a cheese person and I don't do a lot of dairy as a rule but for some reason, now that I am at my goal weight and maintaining, it is cheese that I want - the good, expensive stuff too.

    Pears! I dunno why, lately I've just been all over pears, haha.
    Ahh the elusive pear, never did like them much but I'm a nanny and I make baby food for a set of twins, and they eat pears like it's nobody's business! Recently, I mixed them with carrots and made "Pearot" baby food lol and I tried it...it was actually good!!

    I was actually just telling my boyfriend this the other night, I was going into intense details on how sweet I like them, my favorite type and how I prefer the crisp ones...I must have been going on for some time because when I was done he was like...geez I didn't know how much you liked apples lmao!

    i can't say that I crave anything typically named healthy except maybe during TOM I like dark chocolate

    mmmm green beans! Elizabeth, do you eat your edamame cooked or raw?? I've actually never had it :open_mouth: and Moyer, ALWAYS dark chocolate during TOM haha!

    Blueberries. As for the extreme random... green pepper. No idea but half of the time I can't get enough of it.

    Me and blueberries...we have a love hate relationship. LOVE them cooked in muffins, pancakes, sauces, etc but absolutely despise them raw! It's weird lol. I can totally get down with green peppers, though!

    Ice cream for me. ;) .......and NOT frozen bananas, that's not ice cream!!!
