Is anyone on the board have this? I have been reading about idodine supplements. I do aerobic exercise 5 days a week for aleast 50 mins and lift 3 times a week. I just can't seem to lose any weight. My nutritionist told me to do some interval workouts between the Jacob's Ladder and the treadmill. I am 55 yrs old and find this might be some what difficult. A friend of mine told me some of her symptioms for this and after she started taking IodinePlus she lost weight and her bmi dropped. She also had more energy. Just wondering if anyone can shed some light.
