I was reading articles about body shapes and a lot of them said that for some body shapes, such as apple and pear, it is impossible to have a flat stomach naturally. Is it really impossible?

idk if it is impossible. However it's certainly harder for a endomorph to have a flat stomach than an ectomorph. The reason is, ectomorphs have more space between the end of their rib cage and the beginning of their hip. Ectomorphs (long torso) have space in their abdomen for organs, etc, whereas endomorph (short torsos) carry thier organs further 'out'. Same when women get pregnant - some body types can carry the baby more 'inside' other, the baby is sticking out like a beach ball0

Also.. here is a link to a pdf that is about body types. It's written by Teresa Tapp, she's a fitness guru, (love her workouts).

All that body shape stuff is really just a rough guide designed to help pick clothing, I'm sure. All that 'wrap dresses suit hourglasses, pears should avoid pencil skirts' advice stuff.
Everybody's body is a different shape and weight is distributed differently. I'm a pear shape (I think). For me a flat stomach is totally achievable. Dainty little legs, probably not so much though.0
