They try to make me go to rehab but i said no no no

I have an addiction and I'm scared it's going to become, like crazy.
I want to exercise at all times.
I have no cravings for bad foods, i just want to eat healthy.
I want to buyy every fitness item i can buy.
When it's a rest day, i workout like a monster.
I walked into a store and the first thing i looked for was workout stuff haha.
I check everything i eat, down to every last thing that it contains. not ingredients, thatd be weird, but you know.
I don't like to eat over 1200 no matter how much I workout.
and bleh. i talk nonstop about it.
It's becoming kinda crazy and I don't know..

Eh, there are far worse things to be addicted to. Actually it doesn't even sound that weird. You have caught the fitness bug. Congratulations! Just go with it!
I went a few months without taking any rest days. After a while my body just demanded a rest day, so now I try my best to take 1 day off a week. You'll get better results with proper rest anyway.
One thing though, with all that working out you're doing, it's important to fuel up properly, i.e., EAT! And hit that calorie target every day. It will keep you in top condition, mentally and physically, and as long as you've got a calorie deficit factored in, you will burn fat, maybe even faster than you're burning it now. The goal is to be uber healthy right?0 -
While it's probably not best to obsess about it, I agree with the above poster that it could get worse. Just don't let it stop you from living your life - what I mean is don't skip social events because you want to work out, for example. But having health on your mind constantly isn't a bad thing to me, as long as you keep it in check.0

With anything, it is all about moderation. It is good that you are so into eating healthy and staying healthy but has it become the most important thing in your life? I hope you still are able to have time for things like spending time with friends and family, working, hanging out, etc. Also, based on the weights you have posted, isn't 1200 calories way too few for you? I would be concerned that I would go into starvation mode and my body would not lose any more weight at a certain point. You need a certain amount of calories to fuel your body for whatever size it is and, if you get your body used to eating too few calories, when you finally do hit your goal weight you will be left not being able to eat hardly anything. While being thin is great, being healthy is the most important thing. You may be heading toward eating so few calories that your body does not get the nutrients it needs to function.
Just try to remember some of the things you enjoyed doing prior to your becoming fixated on weight loss and try to work some balance back into your life. Balance between living to lose weight and actually living. Good luck and keep up the great work!0 -

ask yourself why you are doing it. just don't get fixated, because if you do slip, if you do eat a cupcake...how would you feel? do you have low self esteem? if you think you are solid, ie. good self esteem, good self body image, not guilty if you were to eat bad. then i wouldn't worry. if you are doing it to compensate for bad feelings then talking to someone might help.0

The first time I lost weight, I wasn't aware of the feuling my body properly and once I got into a healthy BMI my weight was at a stand still.. for a year... and I worked out, and worked out, and worked out, and worked out and stuck to my min cals needed and...NOTHING. 2 years later, I'm 40lbs heavier becuase I burned out of trying so hard for nothing ( I really wish my trainer figured this out at the time I was struggling).
Well, I did it once and I can do it again, only this time, I understand more, will do it in a more healthy way, and succeed beyond my previous success.
