hi guys i m so disappointed in myself,lately gained 3kgs.i try to workout whenever possible but shift duties disturb my pattern.any suggestions for me......

    Remember to keep logging your food choices do that so the days you can't work out you are eating below maintenance.

    I feel you. I'm about 100 days into this particular effort and I've stalled out at 175 pounds which is too high. Just keep logging and try to trust the process. Good luck!

    Also, maybe try to eat on a regular basis and not snack at work. A shift change sounds like your routine might be out of whack and then you reach for crap food due to stress (or maybe I'm just projecting ;^).).

    It's a fact that shift work upsets your eating pattern so don't be to hard on yourself. I am also in a slump, not sure what answer is but I know it's not the glass of wine I have in my hand. Lol. Tomorrow I am going to revisit my goals and get my head back in the game.
