To Start Jillian Michaels Body Revolution Phase II DVDs. No weight loss from using Phase I DVDs.

    Doesn't matter what exercise you do.

    You need to create a caloric deficit to lose weight.

    Exercise (and just being alive) is part of the calories out in CICO, but you have to start with the calories in. An hour on the treadmill for me only burns about 250 calories if that much, but it does help with my metabolism. However, 250 calories can be easily eaten in about five minutes!

    This doesn't necessarily mean you haven't had any fitness gains. A scale doesn't show you the entire picture. For instance, did you gain muscle that off set your fat loss? Has your cardiovascular endurance improved? What about your resting heart rate? Did you take your body fat % or measurements? Losing weight while exercising is a very different experience than when you are just cutting out calories. Your body can change/slim a lot without losing weight.
