    Comparing photos is the best way to see how far we've come. Just the other day I was telling my husband that my fat arms were bothering me and why they weren't shrinking? But now, when I compare these two photos?-Wow!
    Finally losing the "baby weight", haha. Oldest "baby" is 21 and youngest 7 ;)

    I agree that our self-talk is often what gets us into trouble. We need to be positive with ourselves no matter what. IF you would not say something to your best friend, do not say it to yourself.
