    oh no...i'm the lone american... i've always had difficulty relating to people in the US! my mum was from london, my aunt and uncle lived in sale - outside manchester, i've got cousins in west midlands and essex and a friend in norwich. if anyone wants an american fitness pal buddy... i'm here! i need to lose ... about 3st.

    Another Lancashire lass here! There seem to be a lot of Lancs people here, glad we all have the same idea! Nice to know there are people not far from me, going through the same thing. I'm off to Blackburn today for a Father's Day gastropub meal. Never been to the restaurant before, so should be an interesting exercise in a) guestimating calories and b) not letting on to my family that I'm losing weight! They ALL have opinions, most of which I don't want to hear! I'm in a great mental headspace right now, don't want that derailing!

    I am from the UK too only joined yesterday and it tells me if I keep going how I did yesterday I will loose 15lb in 5 weeks which is a pound over my target a week ! :D feel free to add me guys x

    when u click on add friends on their profile it says put your full name is that my real name or my user name eg c1aireee?
