Over 50 lbs lost

I have been a member of MFP for 4 years now. Until January of last year though I was not very consistent with logging and my training. Even though last year was a better year for me this year has been by far my most productive. So far I have lost over 50 lbs with the majority of being in the last year and half. For some time I would lose 20 lbs then pick it back up. Then I would lose 20 but only gain 10 back. Now I am rarely gaining back. I just recently put together some before and after photos and really help me show the progress I am making. While I feel like I should be further along I am still pleased. The gut still needs to go but now I am at least at a point where I can see the finish line.
I have started lifting weights more seriously and able to complete HIIT without taking long breaks. I started doing Tabata intervals and can finally finish a full 4 minutes. I am working out 6 days per week now and able to put some intensity into my workouts that I thought I never would be able to do again. I have a year and half before I hit 40 and I will be in the best shape of my life by that point!!!!!
