~June 2011 “The More the Better” Challenge~

Starts Wednesday June 1st 2011

Overall Month Challenge: Let’s lose at least 5lbs- The more the better

Week 1 Challenge: Lets drink at least 64oz of water per day this week- The more the better

Week 2 Challenge: Let’s stay at (or right under) daily food goals this week and eat as "clean" as possible- The more the better

Week 3 Challenge: Lets workout at least 5 days this week for at least 20mins per day- The more the better

Week 4 Challenge: End with a BANG- Let’s do week 1, 2, and 3 challenges all this week- The more the better


You can post daily, weekly, or at the end of the month if you accomplished the challenges.
