I'm just starting my weight loss journey... I'm always very busy... I've tried several different things and always seem to get discouraged... hoping to find a way to stay motivated

One of the most important things that help me is knowledge. First, I set a goal, then I read, read, and read and figured out what I need to do, how, and why.
