New here would like some fitness friends

Hi how's it going, my goals right now are to cut weight and would really like abs. Current weight is 233lbs and I'm 6'8. Any and all suggestions would be helpful on what to eat and how I can reach my goals of getting abs. I'm on a 3000 calorie diet with macros as 40% protein, 25% carbs, 35% fat9vg2x4il914h.jpg

    Hi! Sometimes to meet my food goals, I'll eat random things in the day, that don't necessarily make a meal. Eg - a hard boiled egg, piece of turkey and half an apple... Good luck :)
