Introducing myself

Hi everybody
I'm Diana, when I was teenager I had overwheight on 20 kg, I felt very bad because it's an important age to be fit. My parents were so demanding with my alimentation and excercices, which taught me to be more dicipline with myself.
Then I had hypoglycemia so I forced myself to have good eating habits.
Right now working without enough time I want retake healthy habits for me and my family and to get tone
