Hey guys! It's taken me a very long time to find the forums (I mostly use the mobile app) and I'm actually already half way to my goal weight but I may as well introduce myself as I'm getting to the point where my weight loss is slowing right down (probably due to muscle gain since I've started strength exercises recently) and I'll probably need the support!! I'm also 100% happy and excited to make friends and support others on their journey!!

Anyway, my name is Jacqui, I'm 21, I live in Australia and when I started in October 2014, I weighed about 105kg/230lb and my goal is to get to my ideal BMI (about 62kg/135lb). My total weight loss will be just over 40kg/88lb and right now I've lost 25kg/55lb and dropped 2 clothing sizes!!!

I've done this mostly on my own, though my partner has helped me with the strength exercises and he doesn't buy as much junk food, just to help prevent me craving it. I've found it pretty easy, mostly, just watching what I eat and how much, as well as adding 30-60 minutes of exercise to my day.

I look forward to meeting some of you and getting/giving advice so we can all each our goals!
