Hey guys ... so ..for the past 4 days ... I lost like 4lbs .
and today my sister in law's husband bought a lasagna from costco the 2 for $12 ...
when I went at the kitchen I saw them eating..
and gawd! ... i love lasagna!!!!!
again .. i had to stop myself but in the end i had myself eating at least 4-5 spoons . I didnt grab a whole piece coz I didnt wanna go waste my hard work on nothing ...
As I was listing down all the foods I ate today ....
I cant find this lasagna from cost co =.=
oh gawd ..so anyone can help me find the calories it gives for
let say 10spoons but...i think I only ate half of the regular piece serving for lasagna per person

The lasagna I make goes for about 250 a serving, but I don't use cottage or ricotta cheese layers either. I have no idea what the costco one would be.0

Google "nutrition facts costco lasagna" and you'll get a whole bunch of leads.0

I don't think 4 bites of lasagna is going to kill you . But here's a few links I googled. Not sure if this is what you had, but its what shows up for Costco:

If you can't find it under Costco Lasagna, just search under Lasagna. When I did it, I came up with a lot of entries. It is likely the same as the Great Value generic brand that Walmart sells, or very similar. If I can't find what I need and I don't have the package, I just use another value and just estimate it. As long as you get close, and try not to squeeze every Calorie out of your allotted daily goal every single day, you will still lose weight on a consistent basis. Feel free to friend me if you want to see my food diary and my comments on other things. Good luck!
