Hey guys
I wanted to share this recipe that I just learned from my boyfriend's mom
These string beans are SO simple and seriously taste like candy. I can't stop myself from eating them!!
You'll need:
String beans
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Garlic Salt
Sliced Almonds
- Take a heaping amount of string beans and throw them on your skillet.
- Add a tablespoon of olive oil and a generous amount of garlic salt.
- Cook the string beans, tossing them around occasionally for about five minutes (or to your liking)
- Throw on sliced almonds.
- Cook for an additional minute.
DONE. If you throw on the almonds early they taste like popcorn a little if you'd prefer as well.
Trust me, so good and great for the diet!

I make something similar quite often. But I use coarsely chopped fresh garlic and add a little salt and pepper.
Collard, broccoli and cauliflower greens are also good cooked this way.0
