Hi All,
OK, I'n not overweight only about 100lbs but only 5ft 1 inch and very small frame. I've recently lost about half stone by following a relatively low carb, high fat, high protein diet. Problem is I still have a belly so much so that I can't feel comfortable in a lot of my clothes. I've always had a belly but I've also had 2 c-sections and have the pouch going on. I'd really appreciate some advice on what diet, macros I should be following to get lean and get some definition in the tummy area.
Thanks!
L

Thanks, I've recently started exercising just 3 weeks ago. In terms of nutrition, what's the best macros. I was eating about 20 30 50 Carbs, Protein, Fat last 6 weeks with a few bad days but stomach is still there, albeit much reduced! I'm assuming 50% fat is too high but am afraid to up the carbs to 40%0

Do you have diastasis of the rectus muscles? If so, no diet can fix that. Some people have improvement with physiotherapy. In the vast majority of cases, surgical muscle repair is the only thing that completely eliminates that issue.0

Start lifting. I regret not doing sooner.0

maasha81 do you have advice on getting started without going to the gym, like what weights I should start with, have barbell and weights at home. Also, do you mind me asking what macros you have on mfp and how often you work out?
pollypocket, I don't think I do but how do I know for sure??0
