if i lose weight, will my arms go back to being thin? cos i have large arms and i'm scared it might not go back to the way it was before. im scared to do push ups and dips (a work out for the triceps) cos my muscles might build up and i might look buff T.T what to do? =(

If you do the right excercises and the right amount of reps you should be able to tone and have lean muscle instead of buffing up. If I were you I would talk to a fitness professional.0

you will need to do specific arm toning or you'll just end up with saggy arms as you lose the weight. A little muscle will give definition, there are plenty of exercise that you can do that won't bulk you up. Try googling arm toning exercises there should be something to help.Good luck with your weight loss0 -
You can't bulk up overnight. Lift hard, cardio, rest right, repeat
Female body builders do body building workouts. You have nothing to worry about.
Lift lots of weight, do it often, I PROMISE you won't wake up with popeye arms.0
