I currently am doing 20 minute interval sprints on the treadmill (which leave me dripping in sweat) MWF and alternate upper and lower body stuff through the week. I am wondering if I should stick to something like this:

M intervals and upper
T lower and something else
W intervals and upper
Th lower and something else
F intervals and upper
S hike or biking or walk
Sun Rest

Or should I be doing something more like:

M intervals
T upper and lower body
W intervals
Th upper and lower body
F intervals
S hike or biking
Sun Rest

OR should I be reversing that and do

M upper and lower
T intervals
W upper and lower
Th intervals
F upper and lower
S hike or biking

Which would you do?

I have two sets of sequences for upper n lower to form a 4 day split .... i love lifting so its a primary focus for me.
For example my week looked like...
    M UPPER (A) CORE (A)
    T LOWER (A) HIIT
    W CORE (B)
    T UPPER (B) HIIT
    F LOWER (B) CORE (C)
SAT - rest (could do extra cardio?)
    SUN STRETCH vid/YOGA

I've seen a lot of different versions just figure out a pattern you enjoy that pushes ya
