Hello everyone, I'm hoping this will help me to get motivated and give me the push I need to get up and do something about my weight. I am 290lbs 5 ft 11 inches tall, and really a type 2 diabetic. Other than that, I'm just fine,......... anyway I want to lose between 90 to 100 lbs, wish me luck, thanks Eddiebear1958
