hi everyone, i'm ratty, new to my-fitness online so just thought i'd say hi! i exercise 4/5 times a week and play amateur rugby league on a saturday - not at the mo tho season finished! : (

really into gym fitness and running / sprint training and like to change my routines every month to keep the body guessing and stay fit!
