Hey Necy! It don't matter if you've tried
everything. You just tried what wasn't for you...What really matters is that you haven't given up & don't make that an option! This app is really a great tool to keep you in track & motivated. Start out with finding out your BMR (basic metabolic rate) which is the minimum amount of calories your body needs just to function.All of your internal organs etc. Look up BMR calculator which only asks 2 questions. That's a good start.... Nobody deserves it more than you, right?.......once you make the "determination" to do it pair it with "commitment" & your on your way! Good Luck!!0
