What would you recommend for a corporate desk job girl who supplements sitting all day with pole fitness, yoga, and house/yard work? I'm thinking FitBit but want to get input from those who have used them.

Thanks!

I have a desk job & do yoga. (I'm a terrible housekeeper, though.) And I love my Fitbit.

Non-step exercise (like yoga & pole fitness) needs to be logged, either in Fitbit (that's what I do) or in MFP—never both.

I drive a desk and do a lot of walking, but also things that are not step based like water jogging and playing on the monkey bars with my kid. FitBit is awesome, but as the previous poster stated, you'll need to log your non-step activities separately.

I use a fitbit and just log my yoga practice with MFP. :)
