Good morning!

Today's mini challenge is a 5 A Day challenge. In the UK, they are told to get 5 servings of fresh fruit and vegitables everyday. Today's challenge is to do just that! Eat 5 servings of fruit and vegitables today.

    In Canada we're told to get 8 servings everyday!! Yikes, it's tough! but do-able!

    I should be able to get at least 4 in....banana for breakfast, strawberries in my protein shake after my workout, pasta with chicken and mushrooms for lunch and an apple for a mid-afternoon snack. Maybe I can squeese something else in during the day. :))

    I will join today. Thursdays are my CSA pickup days, so I usually add a big salad to dinner with whatever yummy veggies are in there. This week I still have half of a huge head of lettuce left already, so I need to use it up!

    I'm in for today!

    So far a serving of strawberries with breakfast.
    Cucumbers and tomatoes and mushrooms, full serving of each for lunch.
    Spinach for dinner and a banana, ooh that makes me done + 1. YAY!

    1 banana this am.....canteloupe am snack....red and green peppers at lunch.....red grapes pm snack.....bunch of veggies for dinner veggie wrap..... Done!

    I just saw this, but I did it. I had throughout the day mushrooms, spinach, strawberries, spring lettuce, tomatoes, baby carrots.
