Hi I am a mother of twins that are preteens. I have always struggled with my weight. As a mom we tend to put our selves last and neglect our self. I did it vary hard to eat properly. I often eat 2 meals a day and I am not very physical. My body is very out of sharp and it fee very discouraging. I am currently 280 I often yoyo 260-280. I have some bad habit I need to break and healthy one I need to start practising. I was diagnosed with PCOS about 5 years ago. This makes it much harder to lose weight. I have some small goals that I feel are obtainable but this is going to be a long journey. Would love to talk to people who have PCOS, goal is 100+ lb, shift workers, single parents, people who have lost a fair a mouth a ready, people who have great advice about toning and becoming physical after not being for a long time, really anyone to talk to is great most people have something of value to share. Feel free to message me.

@janhackett1947 I have used tbs before a bit but not constantly. I plan to use it regularly this time. The physical part is hat for me too. Planing and eating all the time is a struggle and I hate water lol so I need to really try to get it into me. I am working a back shift tonight so I am hoping to bounce on a exercise ball for a hour or two and maybe something else  Feel free to add me.
