There are a whole slew of Jillian Michaels DVDs on Groupon right now for $5.99 (plus shipping).

My point is to A) Inform you all of this sale; and B) Help me pick one!

Anyone done any of her dvds and have a favourite? I've used the 30 day shred and loved that one.

These are the options:

Options
30 Day Shred
6 Week Six-Pack
Banish Fat Boost Metabolism
No More Trouble Zones
Shred-It with Weights
Yoga Meltdown

Here are a couple links to help you: video clips, reviews, info on times, etc

I can't stand Jillian but No More Trouble Zones was actually good. The vast majority of her DVDs are cardio/strength training. If you already have a separate cardio regimen....skip these. If you want all in one...they would work.

No More Trouble Zones is just strength training. The DVD is chaptered so you can mix things up one day to the next. It hits everything.

Shred-It-With-Weights gets horrible reviews. This is Jillian's take on kettlebells. Unfortunately, she made the video before learning proper form ($$). With kettlebells proper form is everything. You can hurt yourself really bad.

I love 30 day shred but you have that.
I also really like No More Trouble Zones.
I haven't done any of the other ones available but heard Banish Fat Boost Metabolism is good as well as 6 week six-pack. I'm not a yoga fan so have never looked up any info on that one.

I might have to check out the sale!

Banish Fat Boost Metabolism is by far my favorite by her! It consists of 7 intense 6 minute circuits that do not require any equipment. I lost a few pounds and tightened up when I did this DVD consistently a few months back. Good luck and enjoy which ever one you choose!

Thanks for all your input! Banish Fat sounds like a good one for me if it's circuits with no equipment! My only issue is I have a hard time staying focused on a video for too long, I think that's why I liked 30ds so much! I was going to look at Shred It, so I'm glad to hear before I buy it that it's not a good one. I don't want to do anything that's going to have an increased risk of injury. I currently do zumba with a 20 minute light strength workout at the end two days a week so I'm kind of looking for something else that's both to fill the other days. I have a gym membership too but sometimes I just can't convince myself to leave the house. That's where the DVDs sound so tempting!

I really like Jillian. Of the ones you mentioned, I have tried Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and No More Trouble Zones; I really like them both. I have 6 Week Six-Pack but haven't tried it. Thanks for the info; I'm going to check out Shred-It with Weights and Yoga Meltdown.
