So i just read that the Optimum Nutrition changed their natural whey to a naturally flavored. Not sure what that means but tons of people are in an uproar. I guess some of the ingredients were changed.

I saw that isopure was good as well but unsure of the taste.

I know flavor is up to each ones taste buds but which one do you like?

Both are high quality wheys. The only difference is the carb content per serving. Iso has zero carbs which is a good thing for low carb dieters where as ON has considerable amounts of carbs in it, which is also a good thing if you wish for that extra energy boost during your workouts. Both come in a lot of delicious flavors, but avoid vanilla at all costs, because it tastes gross when mixed with water. Try choco fudge or cookies and cream, heard a lot about it at the gym.

Generally speaking and IMO, Isopure has a superior nutritional profile and is more expensive. ON Gold Standard tastes better.

Are you sure it's an apples to apples comparison? Isopure typically comes in a 3 lb tub compared to 5 lb for ON.

Just between those two I would go with ON Gold Standard - unless you're an elite athlete or are lactose intolerant, no need to spend extra on isolate.
