How do I get my phone app to pick up on what I input using my desktop? For some reason it is not picking it up. I don't want to have to put it in twice.

    Is there a "sync" option at the bottom of the menu ? It tells you when it last synced and can be clicked to sync.

    On my android, pulling down forces an update but most of time I just restart the application (although the recent update has made that less necessary). Might work the same with an iPhone but good luck nevertheless.

    This may be a long shot, but I had a friend who inadvertently had made two accounts with a similar name, and his old account was on his computer but the new one was on his smartphone.
    There are multiple accounts similar to yours.
