Hi Everyone,
I am looking to become more healthy . My BMI is too high and I need to lower it. I hope this site will help motivate me to stick with my goal. I seem to start my goal but after a few days I stop and sabotage myself. I am looking forward to becoming more healthy .

Hi Barb, I hear you. I began 3 weeks ago, and already it feels more like 3 months, LOL! I'm making progress, tho not quite as quickly as I'd like. I know I have a long road ahead & I'm committed to staying the course, but it's not easy. Some days are easier than others. But it sure helps having support from people on this site. It really does help to know there are so many others out there, working every day towards better health. I try to remind myself that even little changes help, that even a 10 minute walk is better than nothing. Anyways, welcome to the club! Wishing you all the best in your quest towards a healthier you!
