My name is Anthony and I recently turned 29, I reside in Western Colorado. So about 2 years ago I was weighing in around 215 lbs and I decided to do something about it. Cut out my major nemesis soda as well as fast food. Was going to the gym 5 days a week. I got down to about 155 and was feeling good. Now I've been fluctuating between 160-170 the last year... Idk why but I've lost my motivation. My body looks terrible lol and I'm just ready to get back into it.

Hey Anthony, I just re-started my diet as well. A year ago I was pretty lean and stopped tracking my calories due to school and busy schedule. It's day 2 for me , so I know the feeling. I recommend following a training plan for the gym in bodybuilding.com, which is what I'm doing. 70% is eating and 30% is gym so make sure both are on point!0
