    Just remember to not give up! At he gym focus on one section a day and eating healthy make a goal not to eat/drink something or make a goal to eat/drink something good for you

    It's not a diet, it's a lifestyle change.
    If you are not eating at a calorie deficit your not losing weight
    Slow steady progress.
    Other then just pounds there are many positive results, embrace them.
