I tried these once and they were very hard for me to do. I have no balance LOL0

Well I'll tell you, I was totally surprised but I did something quite similar to what she was doing. I needed to elevate and rock a bit (this is where my extra weight came in handy). I did the one set. I had to take a rest day yesterday due to over working out the last cpl days. I plan to finish the other day tonight. I will post when I finish.

I did it!! Mind you the modified version using my excess weight as a counter balance but.. 2 Days, 150 total Done!! Thank you for this struggling yet strength building (mind and body) challenge!0
