Any suggestion? I would like to do it at home but need to have comments on which to buy...

    I would suggest buying the full set so that you have a variety. But if you just want one I think the Exhilarate (from the Exhilarate set) is the best overall workout or the Cardio Party from the first Zumba set, if it's still available. Those are my favorites, but I love them all.

    I have the whole set. I usually do Zumba at the gym, but everyonce and a while I pop one in while at home. I usually do the Express video followed by biggest loser cardio max levels 1,2 and 3. I get bored of stuff to easily. Variety is good as well. Cardio party is cool, when I do it, I dont realize what a good work out it is until when I finish and I am dripping with sweat. Good luck on your endevour.

    I have the original zumba set, the zumba total body transformation set and now the new zumba exhilerate. They are all good in their own right so you can't go wrong. If you have craigslist they are selling the Total Body Transformation set on there for about $50 or you could order the new set from zumbafitness.com. I enjoy them all.

    I will say though that they really stepped it up for the exhilerate set. I'm loving it.

    Thanks!!! It is to do in my basement when time is missing of weather is too bad to jog or cycle...
