My marriage is ending after 30 yrs and 2 months ago decided I have to change lots of stuff in my life.. My health and appearance being one. I set a modest goal of losing 20 lbs... Only a pound a week. Just logging my food and walking. I bought a misfit tracker. Love it. 8 weeks in u have lost 9 legit pounds and am 29% body fat and feel much better.
I have eleven more to go. At this pace I'll make the 20 lbs in a little less than 20 weeks.
I feel very accomplished and my thoughts about myself have improved dramatically.
Just wanted to share..
Thanks for reading.

You've got this! My marriage ended after 29 years. I started working out during the process and lost 75 pounds in 8 months, I became a completely new person, the person I should have been all of my life. Good Luck!0
