    Great!!!! I am fairly new at this and am thoroughly pleased. This is awesome. I have been logging for 15 days and have lost 2 pounds and some inches. It is helping me to eat better because I have to log what I eat. You can do this. Just think that I want to be healthy, feel better and look great!!! We can do this!!!:flowerforyou:

    We all have off days but with special MFP friends it's really encouraging :smile:
  • Welcome! You can do this we are here to help you along the way. There will be bumps in the road but we are here to pick you up and help you get back on track.
  • The most important thing is to log on and record what you eat and when you exercise. Just doing that alone should wake you up.
