I want to lose 10lbs in 8 weeks.

I'm hoping to lose another 10lbs before vacation...I have already lost 10lbs in 2 months I have about 8 weeks left.. Do you have any pointers for me?

Well if that is what you've done so far is say stick with it. It seems to be working.0

Get a food scale, weigh and log accurately.0

My pointer: Lose weight because you want to lose weight, not to achieve some arbitrary, temporary vacation look or to get into a particular dress or to impress some person whose opinion you don't care about the other 51 weeks of the year.0

Well yeah it't not really vacation .. because i plan on losing the last 10 after vacation i probably could have worded that a little better!0

I did order a Polar FT7 today too.. i had a Polar FT4 .. it flaked out on me!0

That's good but in order to lose weight you really have to pay attention to how much you're eating. Use the food scale, weigh every single thing you eat or drink.
