    Pigeon
there's another but idk the name:
One knee on the ground, other leg bent, leaning forward so rear leg isn't perpendicular to floor, stretching quad and groin. Then lifting up rear foot and holding with hands. Made more intense by putting hand of raisedfoot on outside of anchor leg and twisting.
Love the quad stretch. It's in my yoga for runners dvd

So many favorites: urdhva dhanurasana (wheel), sirasana (headstand), sarvangasana (shoulderstand), most of the standing poses. A little easier to think of ones I don't like.

Depends on my mood, but my shortlist: warrior II, dancer's pose, downward dog, and essentially any backbending pose. I'm learning to love pigeon/king pigeon as well. And there's a lot to be said for a nice, solid tadasana, especially to start the day. :)

    *Edited for typo.

Mountain, seated forward fold, bound angle, and half lotus are ones I do every day. My favorite challenges are goddess (oh, my thighs!), frog, camel, and plow.
