Ok... I'm also vegan so there's that. But really, weight loss is calories in versus calories out largely unless you have other health issues or hormone issues or are a special case in some way or another... lots of people are. First, weigh your food. It matters. Most times people underestimate what they are taking in... it's too easy to do. Weigh and log everything.
Secondly, lift some weights. Lift heavy for you and find a program. "Tone" as you use it means to have muscle definition. To have muscle definition you have to have some muscle to define. Lift some in addition to whatever else you are doing and it will help a lot.
Resources for you:
http://www.niashanks.com/ female lifter with good programs. Also recovering/recovered from disordered eating, so sensitive to that aspect.
http://www.amazon.com/The-New-Rules-Lifting-Women/dp/1583333398 A great book with the female lifter in mind.
http://stronglifts.com/ A great beginner program for anyone.
http://www.veganbodybuilding.com/ a great site dedicated to vegan fitness of any kind, not just bodybuilding.
http://www.vegweb.com/ All the recipes you could ever want.
Feel free to friend me if you would like to talk more, but don't feel pressured to do so. I'm vegan, I'm active, and I'm studying nutrition and fitness, but that does not make me an expert... just someone who knows how to find information and is willing to help.

It's all in your plan. If you don't have a solid plan for each day, it will be hard. Cardio is great, but to reach your goals, I highly suggest lifting. Nothing crazy, but more of a weighted cardio. This type of exercise will burn fat and build lean muscle. Stick to the 3 keys of fitness: Nutrition, Exercise, and Support. Feel free to add me.0

2lbs a week is the aggressive side0
