Hey guys!
Im in desperate need of losing about 50lbs. I'm week 3 into the new regime and I've suddenly lost focus, so far I've lost 8lbs but could really use people to help with the motivation!

  • Good afternoon, I'm new to this as well. I'm wanting to loose about 30 pounds. I had my 40th year old wake up call with a death of my mother in March. Already been tending to medical appointments to be proactive, dropped drinking pops since Easter weekend, portions are good but still love junk food. Bad part is getting exercise in. But glad to have this app to help track and meet others who are dealing with same issues or concerns.
