I'm 22, and I've been here a while but during that time lots of my friends have disappeared from MFP, could do with some new ones :)

    28 and from UK... Trying to lower body fat rather than massively loose weight. Am a qualified body attack and pump instructor so can offer some exercise advice if wanted. Any UK peeps feel free to add me.
