Hi and question

hi I'm in San Diego. I'm looking forward to using this app and getting fit. I have lots of muscle but unfortunately lots of fat.
Question...
Is there a way to break out the meals from the traditional 4 (breakfast lunch dinner and snack) to 5 or 6 meals so I can track info better?

    I hope this works for you. I have mine set up this way: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings

    In case the link doesn't work, just go to your account settings, diary settings, and you can see up to six meal names/categories that you can create. I have breakfast, AM snack, lunch, PM snack, dinner, and evening snack.
