    Your diary isn't open.

Eating "good" matter less than eating in a calorie deficit. How are you determining how much you're eating (food scale/measuring cups/eyeballing portions)? How do you determine your exercise calories (HRM/activity tracker/exercise machine/MFP database) and how much, if any, of them do you eat back?

    Your diary is private.

    Do you weigh your meals?
Are you eating under the MFP calorie target?

The flowchart below was created by @lemonlionheart , it is a good start for diagnosing what you might need to fix.iw5gm2lpsh6q.jpg

2 weeks isn't long enough to gauge a change in weight. I can see from your diary you are using cup entries, rather than weighing food. In the long run, you may end up consuming more than you think because cups are not accurate for solids, like strawberries.

When i signed up for this it asked me a series of questions which determined my cal intake daily. I use measure cups to try and keep track. As far as working out the first 2 weeks i was dizzy and tired at times so until i became stable. On sunday i walked on treadmill 20 min.i waitress so on days i work my body is killing me so i figured i will workout on my days off?

Measuring cups can be highly inaccurate and cause you to eat more than you think. A food scale is going to be your best investment for accurate logging, and you can find one easily for under $20.

    A quick check:
It's pretty clear you are not weighing. You're likely eating more than you think you are.
Celery and peanut butter for 0 cals, not possible.
Some "generic" items, you have to be careful to pick the closest entry to your food item possible, or create one in "my foods" if there's no match.

Tighten up your logging, get a food scale and weigh everything for 2-3 weeks.

    0 calories?
Peanut butter is at least 190 calories, minimum. And celery has calories in it.

I use it for everything possible:

One example, I have individually wrapped cookies for a snack when I have room. The label says 220 calories and a 51 g weight. The cookie I had this evening was 59g. That's 255 cals, 35 more than the package says.

    Bread slices.
    Peanut butter <<<<< Major one
    Oil/dressing
    Butter

All of these can easily add much more than you anticipate.

Yep. Especially since you didn't log the peanut butter. PB2 is lower calorie than generic peanut butter, but I have never seen one less than around 190 calories. Peanut butter also has fat and protein in it, and your entry did not log that at all. Weigh each serving out, log each item individually, and cross check the database to the product you are using to make sure that you are logging accurately.

Pretty sure the only think that is zero calories is water.

    Chewing gum, it's got calories
    Fruit it's got calories
Paper, you bet, it's got calories

I like PB2, I've used it before. The peanut butter taste is pretty good, and about 30% of the calorie hit. It's just a pain to mix the powder every time I want peanut butter.

Even when you measure/weight your food double check those calories. Some entries are just not correct. Just today I was examining my entries because I had been losing steadily for 7 weeks and nothing this past week (yes, Iknow there are fluctuations but I wanted to double check that I was doing everything right). I realized that MFP was giving me a count of 70 calories for one cup of brown rice when it's really 120. When you are eating 1100 to 1300 calories a day a few of those errors make a difference, specially if it's a food you consume often.

Honestly? I think I would rather eat cardboard lol. I know some people swear by it, but count me out. Would rather eat the real thing and just stay within my calorie limits.

Same! Where can I find this magic?
